Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum number of guests?
We're flexible! As a rule, our catering makes sense from around 30 people. For smaller events we'll find a solution too – just get in touch.
What do you need in terms of power and space?
Our oven runs on gas and needs no power supply. We need a level area of about 4×3 metres. We'll sort out the details together beforehand.
Are there vegetarian and vegan options?
Of course! We always have vegetarian and vegan pizzas on offer. With toppings too, we make sure there's variety for every diet.
What happens if it rains or the weather's bad?
Our setup is weatherproof and works under a marquee or gazebo too. Outdoor events are no problem for us – we come prepared!
How do you handle allergens?
We label all allergens and can offer gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives on request. Just let us know!
How far do you travel for a pizza event?
You'll mainly find us in and around Gänserndorf. But we love going on tour again and again – because pizza brings people together and there are no borders to that. Whether wedding, company event or festival – companies and their staff are warmly welcome too. For us, no distance is ever too far. Just ask, no obligation!
Which ingredients do you use?
We work consistently with fresh, high-quality ingredients and place great value on quality and digestibility. Our pizza dough rests for at least 24 hours to ferment and has a high hydration (high water content) – which makes it especially light, aromatic and easy to digest. We top it with Fior di Latte mozzarella, because it's ideal for pizza: intense flavour, firm to slice and without unnecessary water. We make our tomato sauce from San Marzano tomatoes. The salami comes from a butcher we trust – not wholesale. All other ingredients we buy fresh, ideally the day before or on the very same day. It matters to us that you know: we don't cut corners on quality just to make a bigger margin. Many products in today's food world are unnecessarily over-processed and full of additives – in our view, that's not needed. So we rely on honest ingredients, short supply chains and as little "fuss" as possible. Our motto: we don't sell fast food, we sell experiences.
